Thank you for being with Ichiba. We would like to inform you about some new updates for the software products in the Ichiba ecosystem. These updates include new features, upgraded functions, and any bugs that have been fixed (if applicable):


1. Super App Org.ichiba.net:

New Features Released:

  • Updated auto-create workspace using the new workspace
  • Updated filter conditions for "should look"

2. Ship 4P

New Features Released:

  • Hotfix for updating API to retrieve labels from SPX
  • Hotfix for GHN: Expecting int for dimension
  • Hotfix for updating quantity for SPX

3. Commerce Layer

New Features Released:

  • Updated product link to WMS by merchant + product synchronization flow + product mapping when creating IR/OR.
  • Sent product dimensions and units to WMS.
  • Updated inventory screen by package.
  • Assigned shipping unit code when auto-purchasing Ship4P labels for Tiktok Seller_delivery orders.
  • Added auto-purchase labels via Ship4P for Shopify orders.
  • Updated tracking sending flow to Tiktok.
  • Updated PO export file.
  • Updated logic for inventory handling by package upon order status change.
  • Updated invoice handling for PO Authorized.
  • Updated synchronization information for AMZ orders.
  • Updated Purchase Authorization configuration function.
  • Updated auto-purchase logic: if inventory exists, do not reassign.
  • Assigned ProductId and variantId to order packages when linked to products.
  • In the Source-Crawler section, renamed the following marketplaces:
  • Yahoo Auction → JDirectItem Auction
  • Yahoo Shopping → JDirectItem Shopping
  • Paypay Fleamarket → JDirectItem Fleamarket

4. Crossborder

New Features Released:

  • Updated integration configuration.
  • Added API to get shipment label URL with additional country code for estimated shipping.
  • Added version and relationships for exports.
  • Updated logic to check JSON invoice.
  • Updated logic for auto-buying labels based on paid or unpaid configuration.
  • Updated CRUD integration configuration.
  • Added parameters and updated version.
  • Updated currency validation check.
  • Updated shipment import.
  • Updated template and added voucher when exporting Excel/PDF invoices.
  • Added database seed for carriers.
  • Added logic to show item exceptions.
  • Updated logic for calling shipment label API.
  • Updated shipment filtering logic.
  • Added logic to check auto-buy label based on paid or unpaid.

5. StoreFront

New Features Released:

  • Updated total order price when a service voucher is applied.
  • Updated cashback voucher title.
  • Added transaction history page.
  • Created batch shipment functionality.

6. WMS

New Features Released:

  • Updated UI for inbound request screen.
