Thank you for being with Ichiba. We would like to inform you about some new updates for the software products in the Ichiba ecosystem. These updates include new features, upgraded functions, and any bugs that have been fixed (if applicable):
- Ship 4P
New Features Released:
- Updated partner weight review flow
- Received weight and shipping information from partners => updated in Ship4P (if applicable) => updated invoice, automatically collected payment in wallet (if insufficient funds, recorded as accounts payable)
- Estimate, Generate label: validate accounts payable check
- Updated message sending partner labels to CB (Cross Border)
- Received payment messages when paying for shipments with accounts payable, updated payment status of the shipment
- Commerce Layer
New Features Released:
- Purchase Order Module function on commerce
- Updated functions (Pending purchases, purchased, split orders, cancel, etc.)
- Automatic purchasing
- Purchase reporting
- Deduct PO amount from wallet
- Allow authorization for one or multiple orders
- Enhanced package list in Inventory screen
- A commerce layer connecting to multiple WMS
- Fixed bug in receiving shipment status changes from Ship4P (updating stock + order status, package)
- Connected and authorized Etsy
- Set up data synchronization with Remind
- Synchronized Etsy order information
- Synchronized Etsy product information
- Listed products on Etsy
- Crossborder
New Features Released:
- OrderFeeService removed condition to check source OTHER
- Auto-generated last mile (not yet configured for application)
- Export shipment list based on filter condition Type = Express or Purchase
- WMS
New Features Released:
- Updated fix for customs declaration fee calculation bug
- Adjusted font when printing labels
- Fixed validation check bug when scanning shipments into bags not displaying content
