Update Announcement from Ichiba

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you sincerely for your continued support of our products. Ichiba is pleased to announce the latest updates to the software products within the Ichiba ecosystem. Below are the key updates we would like to share with you:


  1. Commerce Layer

New Features:

  • Fixed label logic and cached label link when printing shipping labels
  • Displayed additional currencies selected by users
  • Fixed issue showing two "Push Outbound 3PL" buttons
  • Logic to view data according to user-selected currency
  • Fixed bug where shipments marked “Delivered” were still in “Delivering” status
  • Fixed bug for missing “Delivering” orders not converted to “Delivered”
  • Enabled sellers to manually mark marketplace orders as “Delivered” before platform/shipping status updates
  • Added Cancel/Complete buttons for “OutOfStock” channel orders
  • 3PL Menu: Displayed as aggregated data from multiple 3PLs
    • Products section organized in tabs: Trading / Crawler
  • Added amount of redeemed points converted into the selected customer currency
  • Fixed product sync bug in Crawler order processing
  • Commerce Setting: API to manage currencies customers can view
  • Implemented permissions for purchase, points, promotions


  1. Ichiba Storefront UI

New Features:

  • Added cancel shipment label function
  • Added auto-payment when purchasing shipment labels


  1. Payment Service

New Features:

  • Added export invoice feature
  • View information by user's selected currency
  • Updated payment method for refund transactions and auto point refunds
  • API for refund transaction list: added CompletionDate, CancellationDate, UpdateByName


  1. Loyalty Service

New Features:

  • View information by user's selected currency
  • Filter available vouchers by currency
  • Hotfix: Max refund based on original payment transaction
  • Updated point refund message


  1. OMS Portal

New Features:

  • Improved billing preview UI for merchants: default select all warehouses


  1. Pricing Service

New Features:

  • Allowed two pricing tables with the same market and source but different currencies to run concurrently
  • Order pricing: added currency conversion data based on user currency
  • Hotfix: Handle “ship4p shipment delivered” message to generate posted invoice


  1. WMS API + Portal

New Features:

  • Added handover cancellation function
  • Record detailed outbound fees
  • Added stock adjustment function for individual products
  • Stock Check feature
  • Product screen updates: added weight and dimension information
  • Fixed billing invoice issue
  • Fixed new inbound request creation
  • Fixed putaway process
  • UI and outbound request improvements
  • Support for multi-order picking

  • Fixed date-based search bug in Happy
  • Differentiated imports by admin vs. portal users
  • Fixed last mile refund cancellation bug

  • Fixed date search bug

  • Added option to clear selected customer groups

  • Manage customer-viewable currencies

New Features:

  • Paypal card payment
  • Updated product detail screen
  • Market configuration updates
  • Multi-wallet point system per market
  • Temporarily hid JDShopping for BidFromJapan
  • Re-enabled JSShopping and temporarily hid JDAuction for BidFromJapan
  • Removed “buyer-country” option for Paypal card


  1. User Management API

New Features:

  • Fixed bug where app configuration link in sidebar was incorrect
