Retrieved exchange rate for efex Epacket and PCS Epacket (Converted Vietnamese Dong to USD when connecting to HPWCARGO)

New Features Released, Bug Fixes:

Received webhook from Pandapon to send data to Kafka ichiba-integration-pandapon-webhook-message-topic
Updated to check for null on parameters AsnCode and InboundNumber in WmsEfexInboundTopicEventConsumer

OMS
New Features Released, Bug Fixes:

Added Purchasing status on PO interface
Received data from topic ichiba-integration-pandapon-webhook-message-topic, updated status of 1688 and Taobao orders from Pandapon
Processed status update flow from Purchasing → Purchased
Improved fulfillment type allocation logic in CreateSalesOrderIntegrationAggregateV2CommandHandler
