Overview of shipment management

In the Shipment – Shipment Management section, users can create new shipping shipments and generate new shipping labels.

For the Shipment section, there are two types of shipments: Domestic and Cross-border.

To access the Shipment – Shipment Management screen, users perform the following steps:

Shipment – Shipment Management includes the following parts:

1. Create a shipment in case the order is a Cross-border order.
2. Create a shipment in case the order is Domestic.
3. Generate a tracking number (shipping label).
4. Manage shipments in the Shipping section.
5. Update shipment status in the Shipping section.
6. Print shipping labels and export the shipment list.
