📢 ICHIBA ECOSYSTEM UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

To further enhance operational efficiency and user experience, we are pleased to announce the latest updates across the Ichiba software ecosystem as follows:

🔑 DETAILED UPDATES

1. Commerce Layer

• Added configuration for partial payment surcharge (Order Management screen).
• Added shipment notes.
• Included additional product details in shipping cost estimation.
• Added CrossDock filter in Order Management screen.
• Updated import order template for POD orders.
• Added option to export orders with POD template.
• Added new payment methods and improved payment information display.
• Updated user interface.
• Merged Product Document and Product Design Media into Files & Media menu.

2. Shipping

• Updated helm file export.
• Enable/disable automatic label and forwarding code generation with My Carrier.
• Search by notes.
• Set My Carrier as default.
• Portal: Hotfix for entering last-mile tracking in self-transportation.

3. Payment Service

• Added Invoice Item Type: SaleOrderPaymentAdditionalFee (partial payment fee).
• Hotfix for PayPal + Point payment logic.

4. WMS API & Portal

• Standardized datetime format according to current user.
• Sorted usageEvent by recorded time.

Inbound

• Enhanced search screen for inbound/outbound by barcode, combo product, or single product.
• Hidden inbound transfer, set IR code by transfer code, added created by, and validation on receiving.

Outbound

• Enhanced search screen for outbound by barcode, combo product, or single product.
• Updated shiphub export data with new template.
• Refactored multiple queries (tote, PDA, stock location, disposal…).
• Rejected outbound orders without label information.

Sort & QC

• Added/removed filters by sorted/completed date range.
• Hidden tracking list (hide_sort_qc).
• Added warning quantity, inspection delete logic, and fixed scan tracking (last 22 characters).

Warehouse & Stock

• Bulk import for zone, shelf, and bin.
• Fixed adjustment function bug.

Disposal & Packing

• Refactored disposal stock (query barcode, PDA/WEB).
• Improved disposal & packing flow (video, packed, pack task).
• Fixed UI issues (warning dialog, disposal details, confirm received).

5. Operator Invoice Portal & Invoice Portal

• Option to select all merchants, display merchant name, and search usage event.
• Adjusted invoice list filter.
• Refactored formatDate.
• Standardized invoice and pricing menus.
• Refactored invoice creation and update flow.

6. Identity & User Management

• OTP updates for international users.
• Disabled login via OTP.
• Delete, block, and unlock Ichiba customers.
• Changed core UI from ichiba-core-ui to janbox/ds.

7. Storefront & Other Portals

• Ichiba home page: Added GTM code.
• Japanbuy portal: Fixed duplicate Zalo issue on tokyoparcel.

8. Remote System & Remote Ichiba Storefront

• Remote system: Added headers x-date-format and x-time-zone-offset.
• Storefront: Updated review image function for photo services.
• Storefront: Disabled OTP requirement on phone number login screen.
• Storefront: Updated partial payment fee for orders.

9. Operator Setting API

• Added merchant status: active and deactive.

10. OMS API

• Updated import order template for POD orders.
• Added option to export orders with POD template.
