Create a New Order - Sale order

Standard Sales Orders

A Sales Order is created to fulfill items from available inventory and deliver them to customers. These orders may originate from various sales platforms, such as manual entries, Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Shopee, TikTok, and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Step 1. Enter Customer Information

Begin creating a sales order by entering the customer’s personal details (name, address, etc.), the fulfillment warehouse, and additional information such as sales channel and delivery deadline.

Step 2. Add Products to the Order

Next, add products to the order. Depending on packaging requirements, you can:

• Pack into multiple parcels

• Combine into a single parcel

Step 3. Configure Shipping Information

Proceed to the Buy label step, where you can choose one of the following options:

• Ship4P – Create a shipment using carriers integrated in the Ship4P system.

• Manual – Create a shipment using the seller’s own carrier.

Step 4. Finalize Payment Information

In the final step, review the order and enter payment details to complete the creation of the sales order.
