Create New Order – Cross-border Order

Cross-border Order refers to international orders placed through a service that helps buyers purchase products from various online shopping websites, e-commerce platforms, or overseas suppliers when they are unable to directly transact or ship the items to Vietnam.

To start creating a new proxy order, go to Orders → Manage Orders and follow these steps:

At this stage, the system will display additional information such as service fees, shipping carriers, and payment details. The user will go through each section step by step to check, add, or edit information if necessary.

Notes:

• Domestic shipping fee: The exchange rate will be based on the original platform’s market, then converted according to the destination market.
• Shipping carrier: Only shipping carriers linked with warehouses located in the product’s country of origin will be displayed.
