IMPORT ORDERS

To import orders, the user should proceed as follows:

Note: In the sample Excel file for entering order information, users may skip filling in the "Package code" column. This information will be automatically updated by the system after the order is successfully imported.

SYNC ORDERS FROM SALES CHANNELS

To sync orders from the sales channel, the user should proceed as follows:

Note: After performing synchronization, you can only perform it again after 15 minutes.

EXPORT ORDERS

To export the list of orders, the user should proceed as follows:
