Return Management
The "Manage Return" function in the "Return & Inquiry" section helps users track returned orders and manage the return process.

SEARCHING FOR RETURN ORDERS
To view information on the Return Management screen and search for return orders, follow these steps:

Note: Multiple filters can be applied at the same time.
CREATING A RETURN REQUEST
To create a return request, follow these steps:
Notes:
- Return requests can only be created for orders from the Manual sales channel.
- If the replacement order value is greater than or equal to the returned order value, the refund status in the "Refund info" column will be updated to "Refunded" after creating the request.
- If the replacement order value is less than the returned order value, or if there is no replacement order, the refund status in the "Refund info" column will be updated to "Unrefund".
QUICK ACTIONS ON THE RETURN ORDER LIST
- View return order details
- View receiving history
The receiving history includes:
- Product: Returned product information
- Return Qty: Quantity of returned products
- Accepted: Quantity of products accepted for return
- Rejected: Quantity of products rejected for return
- Confirm return order completion
Note: If the order still has disputes, click "Mark as dispute" to update the return order status to "Dispute".
This option is only available after filling in the Accept or Reject fields.
- Print return label
- Update the return proof.
- View return invoice
In the return order list, under the "Action" column of successfully returned orders, click "Refund" to go to the "Invoices" section and view the return invoice.
- Cancel return request
