Shipment Management
The Shipment section allows users to track and manage detailed shipment statuses once an order has reached the "Accepted" status.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SHIPMENT SECTION
To access the Shipment section, follow these steps:

To search for a shipment, follow these steps:
FILTERING SHIPMENTS
In case the user wants to filter shipments by one or multiple conditions, follow these steps:
Note: Multiple filters can be applied at the same time.
QUICK ACTIONS ON THE SHIPMENT LIST
- View shipment/order details
- Print shipping label
- Cancel shipment
Note: Shipments can only be canceled when in the "Picked Up" status.
This action is performed similarly to printing a shipping label, but select "Cancel Delivery" instead of "Print Label".
